In the month of February - 17 GP appointments were not attended, 46 Nurse and Health Care Assistant appointments were not attended, 7 Respiratory or Chronic Disease Management appointments were not attended.

This equates to 2.8 hours of GP time, 7.6 hours of PN/HCA time and 1 hour of Chronic disease management time has been wasted.

Please let the surgery know if you cannot attend your appointment. We will then be able to offer it to someone else.
