Self-Referral to the Southern Health MSK Physiotherapy Service

From 1st February, patients aged 18 and over will be able to refer themselves to the Southern Health MSK Physiotherapy Service. The referral form is available via the following link:  MSK Self-Referral Form :: Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust
