Clinical Commissioning Groups have now replaced the Primary Care Trusts. Gudgeheath Lane Surgery belongs to the Fareham and Gosport Clinical Commissioning Group.
The group meets regularly and have a smaller executive group that meets more frequently. The purpose of the Fareham and Gosport CCG is:
To work collaboratively in order to develop and promote services that improves the health of its local population.
To develop these services locally where possible and makes the best use of available resources.
To promote and share best practices within the locality, utilising these skills to benefit the wider locality population where possible.
