The friends and family test is an initiative set up by NHS England. It is a method for the surgery to collect anonymous information from patients regarding the service we provide. After every contact with the surgery a patient is able to give feedback. The surgery will then review this feedback and act on it accordingly.
This feedback system is an ongoing collection of information and will be a permanent way for patients to communicate their experiences with the practice.
The results of the feedback will be published on our website and in our waiting room for the patients and the public to see. NHS England will also collect the anonymous data on a monthly basis in order to gain an overview of how practices are utilising the initiative across the country.
If you would like to give your feedback, regarding recent contact with the surgery, please use the link to our survey on the home page.
