Wellbeing Service Newsletter November 2020
Current Service Fareham and Gosport Wellbeing offers recovery focussed work to help manage your mental wellbeing.
Although we are not offering face to face work at present, we are still offering Advice and Guidance, Assessments and 1-1 support via telephone. Zoom, email etc.
We have moved from our base in Fareham and now have an office base in Basepoint Gosport Business Centre.
Once we are able to, we will offer face to face appointments in both Fareham and Gosport.
Young people 14-18 (Upturn) and 18-30 service.
Both of our Young Person’s services offer telephone and online support
Upturn offers 1-1 support to 14-18 years struggling with their mental wellbeing Upturn is also offering advice, guidance and a support group for parents. Please contact Emma on 01329 281445
For the 18-30 age group we offer 1-1 support as well as groups for those between the ages of 18-30 who are feeling socially isolated.

More appointments are being made available to patients online every day. You can book these appointments from the comfort of your own home, day or night. No need to queue on the telephone.
To sign up please bring photographic I.D. to reception.

The surgery is open once a week with pre bookable GP telephone appointments available until 8.30pm.

ALL FLU CLINICS THIS YEAR ARE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY
Patients who fall into the following categories are encouraged to attend to receive their immunisation

*A Carer (in receipt of carer’s allowance or main Carer of elderly or disabled person) *Live in a long stay residential care facility

PARKING
Please consider our neighbours, other patients and our staff when parking at the surgery pa rticularly during the Flu vaccination clinics. Only use the disabled parking space if you are entitled to do so and please do not park in either the Doctor’s allocated spaces or in the staff car parking area. Thank you
If your child is school years Recep tion Year 7 then they MUST be vaccinated in School.
Eligible patients will also be offered a pneumococcal vaccination in the flu clinic this year. For more information please contact the surgery or visit our website

Please telephone the surgery any Weekday between 10am and 1pm to book an appointment.
Vaccinations for patient’s aged 50 64 years with no underlying health conditions will be available later in the year once all the ‘at risk’ patients have been vaccinated.
Fees for Non General Medical Services
Please note that our fees for private non general medical services have increased as of 1 st April 2020 . Please see our website for more details
We will be closed on Thursday 15th October for the afternoon to enable our staff to undertake important training. Please contact the out of hour’s team on 111 if you require any medical assistance while we are closed
